Hi there,
I’m Faith and welcome. I’m the designer and creative director behind dreamcrochets. Growing up, I used to make crochet pouches for pencils but only because my peers were doing it. It wasn’t until after my undergraduate that i picked my hook again.
How it started.
While in college, I learnt to make floor rugs and this became addictive during holidays. My dad seeing my passion, developed a keen interest in it and started linking me up with his colleagues who would then buy the rugs. Immediately after graduation, he took me to one of his friends who had a crafts shop, to try and learn more on rug making and expand my clientele. Funny thing, I only noticed a beautiful crochet poncho that one of her employers was working on and decided that i was going to learn how to do it. Leaving her shop, I went and bought a crochet hook and started my journey watching YouTube videos.
There is no greater Joy than the joy of CREATING something out of nothing.
Ever since, i haven’t let my hook down. With close to 5 years experience crocheting, i have learnt a lot along the way and would love to share with you everything. I also started knitting lessons and i love it so much.
